Schlein eager to get Wolves out of slump

Wolverhampton host reigning Premiership Champions Poole tonight in their first home meeting for almost a month (7.30).

Parrys International Wolves were beaten 51-39 by the Pirates in Dorset last week – a result which extended the Monmore men’s run to five without a win.

Poole include Nicolai Klindt, who won the league title with Wolves ten years ago, and are hopeful No.1 Jack Holder will be fit to take his place after picking up a groin injury last Monday.

Either way, Parrys International Wolves skipper Rory Schlein says he and his team-mates are going to need to be at their very best to get back to winning ways.

“We need to start getting some good results behind us, that’s the only way of getting out of a slump and we cannot lose at home again – it is as simple as that,” Schlein said.
