The 24-year-old, who enjoyed five years at Preston North End before signing for Sheffield United last summer, joins on loan from the Blades until the end of the season.

He has made 16 Premier League appearances for Chris Wilder's men this season, most recently in their 1-0 defeat to Manchester City on January 21.

Robinson's only Premier League goal came in United's 2-2 draw with Chelsea back in August.

The Blades former record signing met with Slaven Bilic earlier this week ahead of the move, and was a previous target for Albion over the summer - but opted to join Sheffield United from Preston instead.

The move provides Bilic with more forward options, with Matheus Pereira still suspended and Grady Diangana sidelined through injury.

Robinson's versatility will be immensely helpful to Albion, with the forward capable of playing on either wing or as an out and out striker.
