Man charged with drink driving after Coseley crash

A 28-year-old man has been charged with drink driving after a car crashed into several parked cars in a Black Country residential street.

Craig Simmonds, from Crawford Avenue, Lanesfield, Wolverhampton, will appear at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 22.

The crash took place on Mount Pleasant, Coseley, on Saturday at 10.50pm.

A Vauxhall Zafira collided with a number of parked cars, a West Midlands Police spokesman said.

Simmonds, who has been bailed, has also been charged with two counts of driving without insurance.
