The 60-acre extension to the advanced manufacturing site near to the M54 is already being marketed by leading commercial property agents JLL and Bulleys.

The i54 is already home to Jaguar Land Rover’s engine manufacturing centre.

Planning permission for the extension to the west of the existing 238-acre site was granted in January last year and the frames of the buildings being constructed are now visible from the motorway (they weren't up when these photos were taken).

It can accommodate new facilities from 100,000 sq ft up to a million sq ft.

The business park has also attracted top international companies including Moog Aircraft Group, ERA Home Security, Atlas Copco and Eurofins Food Testing, InternationalSecurity Printers and Morris Site Machinery.

The i54 extension will be accessed via a dedicated junction off the M54, which links to the motorway network via the M6, M6 Toll and A449.

It is a partnership between Staffordshire County Council, the City of Wolverhampton Council and South Staffordshire Council with the next 60 acres expected to deliveri up to 1,700 high-value manufacturing job opportunities for local people.
