Cradley boss Will Pottinger expects another tough test for his side when they host Leicester at Monmore tonight (7.30pm).

The Anchor Logistics Heathens were beaten last time out at home by Belle Vue but responded well claiming all four league points on offer at Mildenhall last weekend.

And that sets up a tasty Midlands derby against a Lion Cubs side who have won both of their National League fixtures so far.

The visitors are without former Heathen Ellis Perks, who is on Premiership duty with Swindon, so 2014 title winner Tom Perry stands in at No.1 against his old side.

Leicester also include ex-Birmingham racer Danyon Hume, while talented twins Dan and Joe Thompson make up their reserve pairing. Meanwhile, Sheldon Davies makes his home debut for the Heathens.

Team boss Will Pottinger said: “After the disappointment against Belle Vue a couple of weeks ago, of course the lads are looking to get back to winning ways in front of the home supporters.

“Leicester have picked their guest wisely though as Tom knows his way around Monmore and he’ll have some good support too as they’ve got a solid looking side.

“We’re carrying a bit of confidence into this one though after that Mildenhall match and it should be another close contest.”

Admission is £13 adults, £11 concessions/ students, £6 juniors (aged 13-18) and £2 Children (aged 12 and under).
