Parrys International Wolves have three riders in the line-up at the National Speedway Stadium where home favourite Craig Cook defends his title.

And with the added incentive of a place at Cardiff for the British Grand Prix on July 21 available the action is sure to be fast and furious.

Kyle Howarth, Rory Schlein and Ashley Morris will be in action – and Howarth believes he’s well placed for a good night.

“Since I’ve been with Wolverhampton I do think I’ve progressed quite a lot,” Howarth said.

“I think that’s because I’m finally settled and because I’ve got clubs with management who believe in me and who I know will stick by me.

“Pete (Adams – Wolverhampton team manager) and Chris (Van Straaten – Wolves Promoter) have shown a lot of faith in me which means a lot as a rider and they’ve given me a big opportunity to develop my career by sticking with me for more than one season.

“So I definitely want to repay them for what they’ve done for me.

“Every extra year they give me, it gives me another reason to up my game to the next level.”

Wolverhampton are back in action at Somerset on Wednesday before heading back to Monmore next Monday for a cup tie with Belle Vue.
