The club believe rain will hit Wolverhampton early this evening.

Officials say the decision was taken to call off the fixture to 'avoid inconvenience for all concerned'.

The meeting has been re-arranged for Monday, September 4, when it will form part of a double-header also featuring Swindon.

Wolves head to Poole on Wednesday, and their next Monmore action is on Bank Holiday Monday, August 28, when they face Belle Vue, from 6pm.

This will also feature Cradley v Belle Vue in the National League.
