The Baggies were in fine form again as they bagged a 3-0 victory away to Sporting Khalsa.

Two-goal Keeley Davies was the star as Albion moved level with arch rivals Wolves at the top of the standings.

Davies fired the visitors ahead inside a quarter-of-an-hour before Natalie Murray increased the advantage in the 24th minute.

Nicole Dale fired another effort inches wide as the Baggies finished the First half well on top.

Louis Sowe’s side kept up the pressure after the interval and were rewarded in the final minute of the game when Davies completed her brace.

Albion are next in action on Sunday, November 4 when they visit Nettleham Ladies (2pm).

Sedgley and Gornal United bounced back to winning ways to claim all three West Midlands Regional League Division One South points.

After tasting defeat for the first time this season in their previous outing, United were back on song as they recorded a 4-1 victory.

Rachael Green was first on the scoresheet for United with a smart finish that saw her volley home from the edge of the area following a corner from Kelly Shirley.

Gornal continued to dominate for the rest of the opening half but were kept at bay by some spirited defending and a fine performance from home goalkeeper Kelly Abbotts.

The visitors finally increased their lead in the second half when Rachel Letford finished coolly.

Coventry reduced the deficit following a rare attack but any hopes of a comeback were quickly dashed.

Sarah Lojko struck from the penalty spots after she was tripped in the penalty area before Jade Skelding wrapped up the scoring.
