Wyer’s men go into action in the final round of Dudley Building Society League matches with a nine-point advantage at the top of the Premier Division standings

Woodfield provide the opposition as Dell chase their first top flight tile and Wyer expects to be celebrating.

“Although we haven’t officially won the league yet, I expect us to finish the job tomorrow,” said Wyer.

“And I believe for the first time in a long time, that we believe we are the best team in Staffordshire.

“We have a belief and confidence in the side that we haven’t had in the past. In my first season as captain I have tried to keep us focussed in every game that we’ve played and hopefully we’ll get our reward tomorrow and finally get our hands on the league trophy.

“Confidence and belief has definitely been the recipe for our success, though.”
