Here, Joe Edwards runs through their expected line-up player by player.

Salvatore Sirigu

The 32-year-old has plenty of big game experience. He has been capped 22 times by Italy, and joined Torino in 2017 after winning four Ligue 1 titles with Paris Saint-Germain.

Armando Izzo

Walter Mazzari’s side are usually set up with a back three, and Izzo has been with them for a year after four at Serie A rivals Genoa. Has one Italy cap.

Bremer

The 6ft 2in 22-year-old Brazilian did not play much last season, making seven appearances, but has started all of their Europa qualifying ties. Torino signed him from Atletico Mineiro.

Nicolas Nkoulou

Now 29, the stopper won the Africa Cup of Nations with Cameroon in 2017, equalising before they beat Egypt in extra-time. French league sides Monaco, Marseille and Lyon are his former clubs.

Lorenzo De Silvestri

The 31-year-old right-wing-back won the Coppa Italia with Lazio in the 2008/09 campaign and also had spells with Fiorentina and Sampdoria before joining Torino in 2016. Has six Italy caps.

Soualiho Meite

The 25-year-old central midfielder, from France, was signed from Monaco last summer. His one career honour is the Belgian Cup while on loan at Zulte Waregem, from Lille, in 2016/17.

Daniele Baselli

Torino’s No.8 has been a mainstay in the team since arriving from Atalanta four years ago. Made his Italy debut against the Netherlands last year, but not been capped since.

Cristian Ansaldi

Operating down the left flank is likely to be Ansaldi, who counts Zenit Saint Petersburg, Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan as former clubs. The 32-year-old has played five times for Argentina.

Alex Berenguer

Snapped up from Spanish side Osasuna, where he rose through the ranks, in 2017, winger Berenguer made 31 appearances in the league for Torino as they finished seventh in Serie A last season.

Simone Zaza

After an ill-fated loan stint at West Ham a few years ago, the striker signed for Valencia, and then Torino. Has scored three times across their four Europa qualifying ties. Two goals from 18 Italy caps.

Andrea Belotti

Torino’s marquee player and skipper, Belotti has also scored four times in Europa qualifying. Linked with Chelsea during Antonio Conte’s reign, he ended last campaign with 17 goals in all competitions. Five goals from 22 Italy caps.
