Tammy Abraham due to make Wolves decision

Wolves target Tammy Abraham is expected to decide tomorrow whether he will end his loan with Villa – and start another one at Molineux.

Wolves have finalised a deal with Abraham's parent club Chelsea to take him on loan until the end of the season, the Express and Star understands.

It is also understood that arrangement does not include an option to buy Abraham in the summer.

There were suggestions the 21-year-old would not be able to join Wolves as he has already played for Chelsea and Villa this campaign, but Wolves expect there to be no issues with FIFA and the FA ratifying the move – should Abraham decide to end his Villa spell.

Wolves believe Abraham, who has netted 16 times in 20 appearances for Villa, can help them secure a top-half finish this season and take the load off Raul Jimenez, who is the only out-and-out striker to play for them in the last two months with Leo Bonatini out of favour.

Wolves will likely be paying a large portion, if not all of Abraham’s £55,000 weekly wage.
