More than 16,000 Wolves fans have already snapped up season tickets ahead of next season's return to the Premier League.

With a week to go before the May 31 deadline for existing season ticket holders, only around 4,000 have yet to renew.

Prices have gone up 30 per cent in some areas of Molineux but that certainly hasn't put fans off getting their tickets for Wolves' first season in the top flight since 2012.

Just under 21,000 fans are eligible to renew their season tickets. Wolves can sell a maximum of around 22,500 season tickets at Molineux next season and the remainder will go on general sale later in the summer.

Managing director Laurie Dalrymple said recently: "The 20,800 quite rightly get the chance to renew at a lesser price and retain their seat because they're the ones who've put the commitment in.

"I fully expect us to reach our cap because I firmly believe the pricing structure is fair and appropriate."
