Our fans heap praise on Paul Lambert and his team after a fifth successive victory.

What's your verdict on the match? Victory number five (like win number one) of our winning sequence was not the most convincing, but was enough to beat a Forest side that seemed more keen to play keep ball than to try and attack.

Losing Costa to a pre-match injury felt like a bad omen but it was his replacement in the starting line-up, Dicko, who came up with the goal that won the game, capping a performance full of energy in which he set the tone for our high pressing game in an attempt to disrupt Forest's attempts at keep-ball between their back four and goalkeeper.

The goal itself was a great counter-attacking passing move that began with some defensive heroics from the unlikely source of Cavaleiro and the increasingly-dependable Coady. Having attempted to cut out a cross, Cavaleiro inadvertently put the ball on a plate for Zach Clough to score, but Cavaleiro dived in to block the shot.

Unfortunately Lonergan had already committed and the loose ball looked certain to be tucked away but Coady had other ideas and had got back brilliantly to knock the ball off the line and straight into the grateful clutches of a grounded Lonergan.

Other than that 60 seconds of action the rest of the game featured few high points bar a few pot shots from either side that were directed straight at the two goalkeepers. The only other standout moment was deep into added time when Lonergan kept out a header at point-blank range (though he wouldn't have needed to make the save had he come out to claim the initial cross!)

All in all, a tidy evening's work. On to Bristol, and a home game for @JasonJ1987 on Saturday in the hope that they haven't sacked Lee Johnson before then. I'd love to see him have another rant!

What's your verdict on the match? Not the liveliest of games but it was still a deserved victory and three more points in the bag.

Five wins in a row - what a turnaround. I really didn't think it was possible and I wasn't feeling too hopeful of our chances of remaining a Championship club after our lacklustre defeat of Rotherham.

But since then something appears to have clicked, there has been a huge improvement in our performance.

Last night wasn't as good as Saturday's match though because we were incredibly slow to get going in the first half and we seemed content with passing the ball backwards rather than running at them.

We were definitely not attacking Forest with the same confidence we had against Cardiff and there were more than one nail-biting moment before we were saved by some smart defending.

But compare it to the last Tuesday night home game against Wigan in February and they are miles apart.

It great to see Dicko scoring again, albeit in dramatic fashion with it coming just seconds after a fantastic goal line clearance by Coady.

Just need to keep this winning streak going until the end of the season now.

Who played well - and who didn't impress? I thought Batth was excellent again, he seems to have put his spell of poor form behind him. Marshall and Coady in particular also had a decent game.

Slightly disappointed with Bodvarsson for being too desperate to score himself and not passing to Weimann who was in a perfect position at the end. But he is not the first player to do this.

What's your verdict on the match? This was a hard fought victory against a rather poor Forest team who are still trying to find their way under a new manager. Make no bones about it though, we could easily have lost 1-0, as we have seen so many times before at Molineux.

As it was, we really should have won 2-0...if only Bodvarsson had passed to Weimann in added time. Clearly he had seen my betting slip and decided to settle for a 1-0.

We allowed possession to Forest, who were obsessed with playing it from the back and found difficulty getting the ball away. The hardly ventured into our half and if we'd really gone at them we could have won this within half an hour.

As it was, we sat back which wasn't great to watch. Forest were passing quicker than us, but getting nowhere. We did have the better chances to score.

I was pleased to see how we pushed on more in the second half. I was impressed how we stuck to the game plan and didn't panic. There was a mad minute where Coady cleared a sure goal off the line, for the perfect counter attack to unveil. Fifteen seconds later there was Weimann's perfect cross to Dicko to score.

Lambert used his subs well again, to see us to victory.

Who played well - and who didn't impress? No single stand out player but some very good performances in all areas. Coady was excellent again - is he now our full-back for real?

Evans is showing the benefit of having a run of games. Weimann showed excellent work rate throughout making intelligent runs and finding space. His general passing and crosses were also good. Dicko also did well. He will come back much sharper after a proper pre-season schedule - deserved his goal.

Overall, very happy. It's the life of a Wolves fan LLLLLDWWWWW - a rollercoaster!

What's your verdict on the match? Not the prettiest of football games in the first half, but mission accomplished again in the second half and I'd say we've pushed ourselves to safety.

The first half was a yawn fest, the atmosphere was flat and we seemed devoid of a game plan without Costa's influence. But what must have been a decent half time chat meant that we came our second half looking for the win. This team is continuing to gel and how exciting was it to see Graham and Zyro back in action? For me, three-to-four quality additions in the summer and we could mount a real challenge next season.

The game was made on an exciting 60 seconds. The sheer heart-stopping moment of Coady's clearance (as well as Cav's tackle) to the crowd roaring us back down the other end. The celebrations in the South Bank looked absolutely incredible from the other side. We need more of that from the crowd, it was fairly despondent last night. Hopefully the club can draw in some decent crowd numbers for the last few games and we can give ourselves the best possible finish to the season to build on next season.

There was another appalling display of Championship refereeing as well, twice in a week, but something that has seemed the norm this season. But that's a debate in itself. Cannot fault the desire of the players nor the coaching staff. You only have to glance over to the bench when we've scored to see what it means.

Being hypothetical now - if we win our game in hand, we'd be a few wins off the current play off pack. Just shows how crazy the Championship is, considering we were nearly down a few weeks ago, and just how different our season may have been, but for the 'ifs and buts' of a few results.

Who played well - and who didn't impress? Nobody had a particularly bad game. Doc had a few shaky moments and at times we let Forest come on to us too easily, leading to some very nervy added time. My biggest gripe was with Bodvarsson taking the selfish route rather than looking up to see Weimann.

I haven't been Batth's biggest fan his season, but he had another very solid game last night, and I'm hoping he carries the form into our last few games.

Weimann is a work horse, Edwards had a good game, Coady is starting to look at home, Lonergan was much improved from Saturday, Cav tracked back well for their goal, and Hause is starting to show that he may very well be hard to hold onto in the summer. I'm so pleased for Dicko, and to see how much it meant to him probably almost bought a tear to even the hardest of the South Bank.

Props again to Lambert. To be booed and jeered by your fans must be devastating. But he's got it right now for five games. Starting to say to us - and Fosun - 'give me time, and this is what I can do'.

The Lambert out crowd have gone quiet, which is exactly what we needed. Back the lads and Lambert in every game now, and let's see where we go. Back on the up again on this crazy rollercoaster.

Peter Abbott (London Wolves)

What's your verdict on the match? Five wins in a row - who would have thought it?

So what's so different from just a few weeks ago? Certainly a new found confidence, plus a settled back two and a now familiar full back pairing.

Also the addition and bedding in of both new signings, Weimann and Marshall. the ever roaming and cajoling Dave Edwards and Cavaleiro back from injury.

And course the form of my player of the season Costa, although as it happens he wasn't able to start last night. Plus winning games that we would have lost a month ago. Or just getting some of the breaks?

For the first 40 minutes there was nothing really of note, just Dicko's close effort and then he was impeded - but no penalty.

In the second half we had a decent Marshall free kick shot and we then needed to check the referee as Doherty caught a forward on the edge of the box.

Generally a quiet night from the referee but then a ridiculous booking for Danny Batth and later an eventual sending off for their Danny Fox, seemingly reminded to the official by Lee Evans.

It was a memorable winning goal...brilliantly defended off the line by Coady and in a flash, a quick Weimann break and prefect cross for Dicko to merely tap in.

Worryingly there was far too much excitement towards stoppage time but we got through it.

Who played well - and who didn't impress? Lonergan had almost nothing to do apart from one decent save.

Batth and Hause, no worries until Kortney allowed one of their players, late on, to get behind him to test all of our nerves.

Doherty and especially Coady were both on their game. Evans looks better every game and a message to many Wolves fans, "I just don't think you understand" Super David Edwards' consistently positive match contributions.

Match-winner Dicko never stopped working unlike Cavaleiro who I thought had a slow game and was again subbed.

Man of the match was between Weimann for all his running and energy or Ben Marshall for a commanding forward midfield performance.

Russ Evers (Hatherton Wolves)

What's your verdict on the match? Five wins in a row in a six-match unbeaten run and onto one of our favourite away venues on Saturday...if only the run had started a month or so earlier!

The recovery shoots were evident again but we missed Costa who was withdrawn very late. Fine margins often decide matches and we were on the right side this time as Conor Coady's excellent goal line clearance started the move from which Nouha Dicko tapped in the only goal.

We looked comfortable for most of the game and seemed to put a foot in just in time to deny Forest on a number of occasions.

There's still a long way to go but everything seems to be pointing the right way at the moment

Who played well - and who didn't impress? In goal Lonergan was confident and assured as were the defence as a unit with Coady rivalling the captain for the man of the match prize.

Doherty was caught a couple of times but so often starts our attacks and again the attacking players were looking for the right ball and movement, if not always finding either.

What's your verdict on the match? Five wins out of five, 16 points out of 18 and safety all but guaranteed...that's some way for Lambert and the team to answer the critics. We may even have enough of a buffer to actually get us all excited ahead of next season's annual disappointment.

Last night wasn't pretty, in fact it was uglier than a beauty parade in Smethwick. However, we got the job done and the players ran through brick walls to chase, harass and, occasionally, craft out enough decent opportunities to grab the goal and the three points.

Costa's injury in the warm-up left the first half flat and we were indebted to a great save by Lonergan to deny long-time Wolves target Assombalonga a goal. Dicko cut a lonely figure up top and the midfield five were lacking cohesion, despite Marshall's composure on the ball.

Cav, in particular, had a poor 35 minutes and only got his head together when he kicked the corner flag instead of the ball. Perhaps we need to get him to do that as he comes out of the tunnel.

Second-half was a lot better from both teams and the game hinged on a case of fine margins. Firstly, Coady capped another fine performance with a great goal line clearance, we broke up the other end, releasing Weimann for another assist and a Dicko tap in...it's safe to say the last time I was that excited twice in 30 seconds it was on my honeymoon.

The rest of the match was a bit of a non-event until the last five minutes when Bodvarsson's lack of a goal clearly meant he took leave of his senses when deciding to shoot instead of square the easy pass. Judging by Lambert's reaction, the Icelandic striker was in danger of having the clap shoved firmly up his...

You just knew there would be another Forest chance and it duly arrived at the death with Lonergan's much better performance with a great save down low.

On to Bristol City away on Sat, also known as the Jason Jefferies derby.

Who played well - and who didn't impress? I was impressed with Weimann again tonight. Another assist and full of movement and industry, a snip at £1.5m.

Batth and Hause were generally solid and Coady continued his excellent run of form with that clearance. Bit controversial on the back of five straight wins, but still don't think our centre midfield two are good enough for a promotion challenge next year. It says everything when the Forest goalkeeper was our best playmaker.
