The Baggies are reintroducing the scheme, which was in place last season but not this season, and will be revealing their prices in the next fortnight.

Chief executive Mark Jenkins slashed season ticket prices for this season to their cheapest level in 10 years.

Adults behind the goals currently pay £329 for their seat, the equivalent of £14.31 a game.

Jenkins’s pricing structure drew praise, and season ticket sales increased despite relegation from the Premier League.

The Baggies sold 18,250 seats for this campaign, up from just over 17,000 for their last season in the Premier League.

That was an increase from 16,750 from the year before because former chief executive Martin Goodman introduced an early-bird season ticket that reduced prices by five per cent that cost £380 for adults in the Smethwick and Birmingham Road Ends.

Albion have urged fans to update their records ahead of their early bird reveal later this month.

The club said: “It will be wise to check your account to confirm we have the correct name, address, email, date of birth and telephone number.”
