Ben Bailey leaves Hednesford Town
Hednesford Town legend Ben Bailey has left to join Welsh Premier side Newtown.
The 27-year-old defender has signed for the Robins after featuring for them in a 6-0 friendly over Llanfair United on Friday.
He spent 10 years with the Pitmen across two spells, making more than 350 appearances.
Bailey’s departure is another blow for Hednesford, who have lost several key players after being moved to the new Southern League Central – and then back to the Northern Premier.
