The derby clash, the first since 2016, has been moved to Friday December 7th (8pm) for coverage on Sky, but it's not the only local derby to make a scheduling move for television purposes.

Villa's derby with bitter rivals Birmingham City will also be broadcast on Sunday November 25th, with kick-off taking place at midday.

Fans will also be able to watch Villa's clash with last season's play-off semi-final opponents Middlesbrough on TV on Saturday December 1st, that game kicking off at 5.30pm.

Elsewhere, Albion's trip to Ipswich Town will now kick off at 7.45pm on Friday November 23rd.

Walsall have also seen their trip to Joey Barton's Fleetwood Town moved to a midday kick off on Saturday November 17th. All of the games will be shown live on Sky.
