Teenager charged after man’s body found near church
A 16-year-old boy is due to appear in court in connection with the death of Frank Sinclair, 61, in East Kilbride.

A teenager has been arrested in connection with the death of a man whose body was discovered near a church.
Frank Sinclair, 61, was found dead near Riverton Drive in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, at around 8.40pm on Saturday.
Police said a 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with his death.
He is expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Mr Sinclair’s body was found near Westwood Baptist Church, which cancelled services on Sunday.
His death was initially treated as unexplained as police investigations were carried out.
