Voters headed to the polls today for the latest round of local elections.
Polling stations are due to close at 10pm.
Wolverhampton
Twenty-two seats on Wolverhampton city council are up for grabs, including by-elections in Oxley and Graiseley.
The results are expected to be declared in the early hours of the morning.
Labour, under the leadership of Councillor Roger Lawrence, currently holds 49 seats to the Conservatives 10.
UKIP had one seat but Councillor Malcolm Gwinnett has stood down from his Spring Vale seat this year.

Dudley
Twenty-four seats on the borough council are up for grabs, with the balance of power on a knife edge.
The results are expected to be declared in the early hours of the morning.
The Conservatives currently hold a slender grip on the council due to an alliance with UKIP.
Labour has 35 seats, the Tories 28, UKIP has six, and there is one independent councillor.

Walsall

Labour has 28 seats, the Tories 24, UKIP has two, and the Lib Dems have two.

Sandwell
Voters headed to the polls in Sandwell today for the latest round of local elections.
Twenty-six seats on the borough council are up for grabs in 24 wards, including by-elections in St Paul’s and Greets Green and Lyng.
The results are expected to be declared in the early hours of the morning.
Labour is the dominant force on the council and holds 67 of the 72 seats, with four of the other five red before they went independent.

Cannock Chase
Voters headed to the polls in Cannock Chase today for the latest round of local elections.
Thirteen seats on the district council are up for grabs in 15 wards.
There are no elections in Hagley and Hednesford South this time around. Polling stations opened at 7am and are due to close at 10pm. The results are expected to be declared in the early hours of the morning.
Labour holds 21 of the 41 seats available, giving the party the most slender of majorities. The Conservatives have 13 seats, the Greens have two, while the Lib Dems and UKIP have one seat each.
