The A34 flyover over Junction 7 close to Scott Arms had been down to one lane with a 20 mph limit imposed.

It came after Sandwell Council said lighting on the flyover was found to be inadequate.

Today the council's highways team said the street light replacement has been completed

The lane closure and temporary speed limit were being removed on Friday.

A spokesman said: "Thanks for bearing with us during these essential works."

The works have been ongoing since March.
