Car ploughs into wall in Brierley Hill

A car has been left with severe damage after it ploughed into a wall in Brierley Hill.

The white vehicle lost a tyre and bumper due to the impact of the crash on Stourbridge Road.

It happened at around 10.35am this morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene in the aftermath, including a crew from Brierley Hill Fire Station.

Blue watch attended the scene and made the area safe.

A spokesman for the fire service said: "Considering the damage to the vehicle the driver was lucky to escape serious injury."
