The Bewdley-based attraction is set to host two recruitment days in January to source potential employees for their 2019 season.

A range of roles will be available across a variety of departments including entertainment, theme park, retail and admissions, games and wristbands, food and beverages, facilities and safari venues.

The recruitment days will take place on Sunday, January 6, and Sunday, January 20, from 9am. During the days, candidates will be able to speak to those who already work at the Park about their experiences of working there.

It will consist of two parts, with the first half of the day including an informal discussion to explore candidates' skill sets, previous experience and qualifications. The Park team will then match them to suitable roles and an interview will take place.

Scott Thomas, West Midland Safari Park's HR officer, said: "The start of every season is a very important time at the Park and this year we are excited to confirm that there will be two recruitment days to kick-start 2019. This will allow candidates to have more opportunity to attend on either of the dates.

“Recruitment days have been very successful in the past, as it allows candidates to explore a range of different roles and meet existing members of staff to help find their perfect fit. The day is set and delivered in a relaxed tone and gives a great insight into working at the Park.”
