Detectives are investigating the fire at a commercial property on Shifnal Industrial Estate, Lamledge Lane, that is believed to have been started deliberately.

The fire started around 1.50am on Saturday at Quick Skips on the estate and saw nine skip hire vehicles destroyed

Police would particularly like to identify and speak with two people who were seen wearing dark clothing in the area at the time of the offence.

On Saturday, six fire appliances, including the Incident Command Unit and the Water Carrier were sent from Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington and spent almost two hours extinguishing the blaze.

Anyone with information or anybody who saw suspicious behaviour in the area at the time is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 62s of October 7.
