Stolen bikes recovered by police in Walsall

Police have recovered two stolen bikes which they believe have been used to commit vehicle crime in the Walsall area.

The bikes were recovered from Hawbush Road, in the Leamore area, on Monday.

A spokesman from West Midlands Police said enquiries are currently on-going

Walsall Police shared the update on their Twitter account, adding: "A number of young people have been using these two stolen bikes to commit further vehicle crime in and around the Bloxwich, Brownhills and Aldridge area.

"Now seized and shortly on route to our compound."

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Two stolen motor vehicles were recovered from Hawbush Road, Leamore, on Monday. Enquiries are ongoing."

Anyone with information can call officers on 101, quoting incident number 1828 of January 27.
