Former British Lion Works to be demolished for 16 homes
The former British Lion Works will be demolished to make way for 16 homes in Walsall after plans were given the green light.
Plans went before Walsall Council's planning committee on Thursday with an officer's recommendation to delegate authority to officers to approve the application subject to conditions.
The development will provide two two-bed homes and 14 three-bed homes on the former industrial site on Forest Lane.
The application was considered by the committee last year but amendments have since been made.
