Woman cut free as driver flees three-car smash in Coseley

A woman had to be cut out of a car after a crash in Coseley this afternoon.

Emergency services attended the scene at the junction of Ivy House Lane and Fullwoods End at around 1pm.

Three cars were involved and West Midlands Police said one driver left the scene.

A woman in one of the other cars had to be cut free by firefighters.

Paramedics were also sent to the scene but the extent of any injuries is not yet known.

Ivy House Lane connects Fullwoods End and the A4123 Birmingham New Road next to McDonald's.
