The pile-up happened on Tipton Road, Dudley, around 1.15pm and resulted in the van flipping onto its side.

West Midlands Police closed the road, near the Black Country Living Museum, forcing diversion and buses to be rerouted. A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at around 1.15pm to reports of an RTC on Tipton Road in Dudley near Castle Gate Island.
