The Full Moon in Dudley was closed at midday on Monday after the "isolated incident" on Sunday and reopened at 4.30pm on Wednesday.

A spokesman for Wetherspoons said: "The pub was closed on Monday for pest proofing and reopened at 4.30pm.

"There haven’t been signs of any other pests. It was an isolated incident.

"But additional pest proofing works have been carried out along with some works that could not be carried out whilst the pub was trading."

Dudley Council has been approached to comment.
