Suspicious BMW seen near Bilston primary school

Police are investigating after reports of a suspicious BMW driving up and down a road outside a primary school in Bilston.

The car was reported on Proud’s Lane near Villiers Primary School

Police said they are investigating reports of the car near Villiers Primary School on Proud’s Lane after it drove past a 17-year-old girl on a number of occasions nearby.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Police are investigating reports of a dark-coloured BMW acting suspiciously in the Stowlawn area of Wolverhampton between 14 and 17 October.

“The car has driven past a 17-year-old girl on a number of occasions and this is being investigated as harassment.

“There have also been reports concerning the vehicle near Villiers Primary School.

"No children have been approached, and no physical contact has been made.

"Local officers are in contact with the school and patrols have been increased in the surrounding area.

"Investigators are working to track down the car and its occupants."
