Six dachshund puppies stolen from Stone yard

Six dachshund puppies worth £850 each have been stolen from their home in Stone.

The six-week-old puppies were stolen from the yard in Eccleshall Road between 9am and 11am today.

The owners left and returned to check on the animals to find them gone from the garden.

The puppies have only just been weened and each dog is believed to be valued at about £850.

Anyone with information is urged to call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident 390 of September 10.
