The family of Mr Bayliss, who are being supported by specialist officers, said they had been left "utterly heartbroken and devastated" by the loss of a "great man".

They said in a statement: “The news of Dean’s sudden death has left us utterly heartbroken and devastated.

“Dean was a much-loved father, stepfather, brother, uncle and friend to many, many people.

“Dean was a great man, selfless, loving and happy. He did not deserve to have his life end this way.

“We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their messages of support, which continues to bring us great comfort during this emotional time.”
