Two men arrested after cannabis raid in Oldbury

Two 22-year-old men have been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis after police raided a factory in Oldbury.

Officers were tipped off by a member of the public and uncovered a quantity of cannabis at the address on Causeway Green Road, Langley.

The raid took place at 9.40am on Thursday.

Oldbury Police tweeted: "The team acting on calls from local residents have this morning located a cannabis set up on #CAUSEWAY. Some good old fashioned police work to locate the address. 2 males under arrest. #WMP #NOTODRUGS"

Police have asked anyone with information to get in touch by quoting log number 604 of 16 May.
