Man wanted in connection with Kidderminster thefts

Officers would like to speak to Perry Lowell as they believe he may have information about a number of thefts.

The 29-year-old is described as being white, around 5' 9" tall, of slim build, with short dark brown hair and a distinctive tattoo on his neck.

He is believed to have connections to the Habberley and town centre areas of Kidderminster.

Anyone with any information as to Lowell's whereabouts is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101.
