Jamie Wallis, 25, of Wingfield Close, Shrewsbury, was given the three-year football banning order at Telford Magistrates Court.

Wallis had previously appeared at court for going onto the playing area at a football match during the Shrewsbury Town v Wolverhampton Wanderers match on January 26, where he was given a fine and ordered to pay costs.

Trouble flared as Shrewsbury took a 2-0 lead before Wolves came back and snatched a last-gasp equaliser to force a replay at Molineux, which Wolves won 3-2.

In February another supporter, 26-year-old Shane Owen from Shrewsbury, was banned from football for five years after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the same match.
