Man denies role in business park burglaries

A man has appeared at crown court over allegations that he burgled units at a business park.

David Nyari, aged 31, faced charges of two burglaries at Old Station Business Park, in Bridgnorth Road, Cleobury Mortimer, between October 19 and 22.

He also faced a charge of theft relating to a farm trailer in the same period.

And a further charge of theft of a Mitsubishi car and trailer between November 4 and 7.

He pleaded not guilty to the offences when he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday.

David Nyari, of Brereton Road, New Invention, Willenhall, was granted conditional bail.

The case was adjourned until June when he is due to stand trial.
