Man threatened with gun in attempted carjacking

A man was threatened with a gun by two men who demanded the keys to his sports car.

Police were called to the attempted carjacking at Streetly Crematorium, on Little Hardwick Road, on December 4.

The victim was threatened before the men demanded the keys to his gold Nissan GTR at around 1.45pm.

The offenders ran off and then made away from the scene in a silver Ford Focus with the victim, in his 50s, left shaken but unharmed.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "An investigation is underway including a CCTV trawl and forensic examination of the car."
