The victim, in his 40s, was travelling on his mobility scooter and walking his dogs.

Four men are reported to have approached the victim, when he felt a pain to his face and was pushed over to the ground.

The second man is described as white, aged 18 or 19, 6ft to 6ft 2in tall and of skinny build.

Police said he was wearing a dark hooded top with hood fully up and a logo on it, dark-coloured jogging bottoms and is described as appearing dirty in appearance with very dirty oil-stained hands and prominent body odour.

The other two men are described as being a similar age and of average build and were also wearing dark hooded tops and jogging bottoms.
