Three people are believed to have gained access to a storage area at the Bewdley Road hospital at around 10.35pm yesterday.

They took the three canisters of nitrous oxide, which is used to numb pain, and made off towards Sutton Road.

Nitrous oxide can make people feel euphoric and relaxed, but users risk death as it can lead to a lack of oxygen if not used in controlled conditions.
