Premium Choice make move to Wolverhampton
One of the UK’s top insurance brokers is moving its 200-strong workforce to a new headquarters in Wolverhampton.
Premium Choice is moving out of its current home in the iconic Fort Dunlop complex beside the M6 in Birmingham for a new based on the Pendeford Business Park, just over the road from Jaguar Land Rover's engine factory on the i54 site.
Established in 1999 by two West Midlands entrepreneurs, Mark Woods and Richard Dornan, Premium Choice specialises in providing car and vehicle insurance for over 100,000 customers and is rapidly growing in the market offering home and leisure insurance.
Their firm will move into its newly refurbished premises in August.
The move to the Wobaston Road site near to Junction 2 of the M54 will also create a range of new jobs in the city.
The city council’s enterprise team is leading on the workforce recruitment services for Premium Choice.

Wolverhampton council's economic chief, Councillor John Reynolds, said: “This is great news for the city and shows how the area around Junction 2 has become one of our core economic hubs.
“Regeneration in the city is being driven by £3.5 billion of investment either on site or in the pipeline - making us an attractive location for businesses like Premium Choice.
“Most importantly, their relocation will provide vital job opportunities for our residents.”
Premium Choice is currently recruiting for both customer service and sales adviser positions. They offer competitive salaries starting at £21,000 and bonus incentives.
To apply for the positions the following is required:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, with previous experience of working in a customer service or sales setting preferred but not essential.
Applicants need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and financial checks will be completed on all applicants.
Flexibility to work shifts will be required but the employer welcomes applications for both part-time and full-time roles.
