Paul Gascoigne to join Steve Bull for A Tribute to Italia 90 show at Grand Theatre

Paul Gascoigne will join Steve Bull and fellow former England teammates for an event at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre to celebrate 30 years since the country reached the semi-finals of the World Cup.

A Tribute to Italia 90 will take place at Lichfield Street theatre on Monday, May 18.

The Steve Bull Foundation and Wolverhampton Grand Theatre have joined together to host the event devoted to one of England's most iconic World Cup tournaments when they reached the semi-finals in 1990.

The event will be hosted by Sky Sport's Johnny Phillips who will be joined by Steve Bull, Peter Shilton, Paul Parker and Dave Beasant as they recount those weeks in Italy.

And it was announced today that Paul 'Gazza' Gascoigne will also join the line-up.

Bully said: "I love coming to the Grand Theatre because the shows they have on are absolutely unbelievable and I recommend anybody to come down – especially on May 18.

"On May 18, we are reliving the 1990 World Cup, 30 years on. It is going to be hosted by Johnny Phillips, off Sky Sports, you know him by now, he's a massive Wolves fan, he's top drawer.

"And we have got Peter Shilton, Dave Beasant, Paul Parker and myself on stage.

"And if you don't think that is special enough, we have got the mighty Paul 'Gazza' Gascoigne. He's coming down, he's absolutely top drawer.

"So you come down on May 18, we might have a few more yet, you have got to wait and see. But come down and see me, and all the host of the lads from the 1990 World Cup and we will tell you loads of stories.

"See you there and get your tickets quick because they will go."
