Prime Pantomimes are on the look out for junior and senior ensemble cast members to appear alongside their professional cast, and are encouraging adults and children alike to show off their talent for their production which will run from Friday December 13 until Saturday January 5.

The auditions will be hosted at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre on September 15, with registration taking place between 10:30 and 11:00.

Successful applicants will have the chance to share the stage with an all-star cast, including Coronation Street and EastEnders star Ian Reddington, who will be playing Captain Hook, and Corey Jones playing the lead as Peter Pan.

The festivities will be in full swing come show time, with candidates set to learn what it's really like to work with a professional theatre company and production.

Applicants are expected to have performance and dance ability, but previous theatre experience isn't necessary.

The auditions will last around two hours for the juvenile ensemble, who will also be considered for role of Michael Darling, while the senior ensemble audition will last around one hour.

Rehearsals begin on evenings and weekends beginning on December 2, with availability for dress and technical rehearsals in the week leading up to opening night an essential requirement.

Application forms are available on the companies website, with hopefuls being notified of their success via e-mail.
