Chris Psaras, co-director, said: “We’re so grateful to be given the opportunity to be perform the midlands premier of this musical and earlier this year the cast were fortunate enough to meet the UK touring cast of Rock of Ages at the Wolverhampton Grand, which was a real highlight for our young performers.

"Our group aims to give local young performers an opportunity to develop skills within theatre, dance and singing as well as the experience of performing in front of the public.

"Our values are built around inclusivity and we want to provide opportunities for anyone with the potential and the desire to perform. Previous members of our youth group have gone on to work professionally in the West End, Cruise ships and Holiday park entertainers and most recently, a children’s TV presenter for the BBC!"

Rock of Ages is a five-time Tony Award Nominated musical, written by Chris D'Arienzo, and tells the story of a small-town girl, a city boy, and a rock and roll romance on the Sunset Strip.

But when the bar where rock reigns supreme is set to be demolished, it’s up to these wannabe rockers and their band of friends to save the day – and electric score features all your favourite ‘80s rock anthems and power ballads, including Every Rose Has It's Thorn, I Wanna Know What Love Is, Here I Go Again, Don't Stop Believin’, and many more!
