Cochrane is headlining the latest Comedy at the Courthouse event in Dudley on Saturday(18).

The Yorkshireman has appeared on the likes of Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.

He is also a regular co-host for Frank Skinner's popular Saturday show on Absolute Radio.

There is still a few tickets for the event left, costing £10. Support on the evening will be provided by Scouse scally Nige and up and coming acts Danny Clives and Jason Stampe.

It will be hosted by resident MC Wayne Beese, from Dudley, who said: "Alun Cochrane is a brilliant storytelling comic, a really dry wit with a brilliant observational mind.

“People will recognise him off the telly so it’s a real coup to get him here to Dudley to perform and, with tickets being an absolute bargain for a tenner, we hope people will turn out.

“The support acts are brilliant too and the pub has one of the best selections of real ale in the Black Country. Come and give us a try, you won’t be disappointed.”

Doors open at 8pm, with the gig starting at 8.30pm.
