Organisers Number One Events are returning to the showground's Prestwood Centre with the Antiques and Collectors Fair for the first event of its 2018/19 season.

Dealers from across the country will be displaying everything from from traditional silver, porcelain, jewellery, art work, kitchenalia and fine glass through to items for the avid collector – coins, stamps, books, postcards, and just about anything and everything in between.

Buyers from across the country and abroad are expected to visit the event.

Organiser Mike Justice said: "We’re really looking forward to getting our 2018/19 fairs under way.

"We have enjoyed the incredible summer break but now it’s back to work and our September fair promises to carry on where we left off in May, with all three halls at the venue already fully booked by eager stand holders."

There is free parking and disabled access. Visitors can enjoy food and drink at the cafe on site.

It costs £3 per person while it is free for wheelchair users and anyone under 14. Dogs are welcome.

It is being held on Saturday and Sunday.
