Pink Floyd's Nick Mason to play Birmingham

Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason will play a show for fans in Birmingham this autumn.

The city centre show will see the band's early work played live, including songs from albums The Piper At The Gates of Dawn and A Saucerful Of Secrets.

This will be Nick Mason ’s first live musical tour since Pink Floyd's Division Bell Tour in 1994.

Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets also includes members Gary Kemp (guitarist for Spandau Ballet), Guy Pratt (session bassist for acts such as Tom Jones, Roxy Music, David Bowie, Madonna, Michael Jackson and many more), Lee Harris (known for his time as a drummer with Talk Talk and The Blockheads) and Dom Beken.

The event is set to take place at the Symphony Hall on September 25.

Tickets for the show are now on sale, priced between £42.50 and £48.
