Sedgley beer festival to aid good causes including Scouts and Children in Need

The annual Sedgley Charity Beer Festival will be raising funds for First Sedgley Scout Group, the BBC Children in Need Appeal and local charities.

Organisers from the Scout group will have 36 real ales on sale this year as well as cider and gin.

There will be six live bands performing over September 22 and 23 in and outside the group’s Jubilee Hall headquarters, off Ladies Walk.

The festival will run from 5pm to 11pm on the Friday and 12 noon to 11pm on the Saturday.

It is being sponsored by carpets business N D Walters in Dudley Road, Sedgley.
