The trust will see about 2,000 people through its doors for the Spell Bound event from October 26 to 31.

Matt Dix-Williams, commercial manager, said: "People will be coming along and the tunnels will all be decorated and lit up for Halloween.

"It's very family friendly, we're not going for super scary.

"We've got a group called the Groovy UV Puppet Company who will be putting on a show and the restaurant will be doing refreshments and we will be doing activities, it's fun for the whole family and for people of all ages.

"There will be 45 minute boat trips and children will be given torches and spotter cards to mark what they see.

"We do this every year and it has a different theme, this year it is Spell Bound.

"It's always a sell-out event, I would recommend that people book early so they don't miss out." For more information, or to book tickets, visit dudleycanaltrust.org.uk or search for Dudley Canal & Tunnel Trust on Facebook.
