Evening Tour with Prosecco

Spend a special evening at the Coffin Works, with an atmospheric after-hours tour of the museum. Join us for a glass of prosecco and an exclusive screening of documentary films, highlighting new areas of collections' research before your tour.

The Coffin Works Factory was opened by the Newman Brothers in 1894 to produce coffin fittings, which became renowned for their quality, making them perfect for dignitaries and royalty. Find out more about this unique collection and its royal connection from our new research films. Then explore the time-capsule museum with your tour guide, seeing the factory after hours by summer twilight.

Please be aware that lighting levels may be lower than for normal tours; take extra care when moving around the museum.

The Coffin Works operates a Challenge25 policy, so please bring ID. A non-alcoholic alternative will be available.
