Shopping centre is set to welcome a taste of Italy with Ask Italian branch

A popular shopping centre is set to get an Italian twist with its latest restaurant ASK Italian.

Dudley's Merry Hill shopping centre has announced the welcoming of the new restaurant that is earmarked for opening in November.

Inspired by Italy, ASK Italian will bring an Italian twist to the shopping centre, offering a playful approach to modern interpretations of Italian cuisine.

The new store will span 4,000 sq ft with space for approximately 140 diners and will serve a mix of antipasti, stone-baked pizzas and fresh pasta dishes.

Corinne Prior, marketing director at ASK Italian, said: "In such a milestone year for ASK Italian where we’re celebrating 30 years strong, and our new restaurant in Merry Hill will build on our incredible family of restaurants, each serving their own unique community.

"We’re excited to join the new leisure hub, where we can continue to bring people together over great Italian meals."

The new restaurant will be located between the popular Bon Pan Asian restaurant and the recently opened Wagamama.

Jonathan Poole, centre manager at Merry Hill, said: "ASK Italian is a great addition to the variety of dining options at Merry Hill. And who doesn’t enjoy great Italian food? We’re sure its tasty menu and welcoming restaurant style will be a huge hit with our visitors.
