Inflata Nation will open the indoor bouncy castle arena at the Astle Retail Park, off Cronehill Linksway, in June

The venue will boast slides, ball pits, climbing walls, gladiator podiums, obstacle races and balance challenges.

Inflata Nation founder Matt Ball said the Sandwell site will have a host of features not found at other sites across the UK, making the West Bromwich venue special.

It will also offer fitness classes, disability-friendly sessions, grown-ups only sessions and Inflata Tots sessions.

Bosses will also be looking to create 10 full and part-time jobs at the site, with details to be announced shortly.

Mr Ball said: "We are opening a number of new Inflata Nation sites this year, and we are absolutely delighted to be arriving in West Bromwich this summer.

“Astle Retail Park is conveniently located for anyone in the town and we’ve got a huge amount of space to work with – around 30,000 square feet. That means we can cram the area with our trademark, wall-to-wall inflatables.

“And we are also keen to let guests know that everyone is welcome - whether you are a toddler or you are enjoying your retirement. We will also have a dedicated under four’s area with a slide and ball pool.”

The precise launch date for the West Bromwich site is yet to be announced, but owners are hoping doors will open at the end of June in preparation for the summer holidays. Opening times are to be confirmed – but is likely to be from 12pm noon to 9pm weekdays, and 9am to 9pm on weekends.

Colin Quinton, centre manager for Astle Retail Park, added: "We are really looking forward to Inflata Nation becoming part of Astle Park, this will be a real attraction great fun for the kids of all ages and just in time for the school holidays.

"Come down and try it out and have some family fun."

The first Inflata Nation site opened in Manchester in October 2017, followed by Runcorn in Cheshire, Birmingham, Beverley in East Yorkshire, Glasgow and North Shields.
