Wolverhampton’s new comedy festival Funny Things kicks off on Monday .

More than 120 events in the name of humour are taking place across the city.

They range from shows by household names such as Jimmy Carr and Rich Hall to new talent, exhibitions and comedy film, theatre and family activities.

The Glang Show is a fully interactive gong show set in an an archoutopian magical realist feudal theocracy.

MAGICAL SCIENCE AND THE DANGEROUS

This show is cabaret like you have never seen before. A combination of real science, mischief, comedy and downright dangerousness with two of the Black Country’s leading performance scientists Martin Khechara and Jon Wood.
